Haustmótið "að tækla lífið" verður haldið helgina 13. - 15. september í Fíladelfíu.
Ræðmaður mótsins, Jon Cook, kemur alla leið frá Englandi. Jon Cook og konan hans Dee hafa verið að leiða Hillsong kirkju í Newcastle í yfir tíu ár. Ástríða þeirra er að sjá líf fólks umbreytast í gegnum kirkjuna. Þau leggja mikla vinnu í að byggja upp fólk og hafa haft mikil áhrif á líf margra í Newcastle og víða annarstaðar.
Dagskrá mótsins:
- Föstudagskvöld - Sam-sam kl. 20:00
- Laugardagur - Q&A kl. 16:00
- Laugardagskvöld - Samkoma kl. 20:00
- Sunnudagskvöld - Samkoma kl. 20:00
Mótið er haldið af ungfullorðinastarfinu Fíló+ en allir eru velkomnir.
Við hlökkum mikið til að heyra hvað Guð hefur lagt Jon á hjarta fyrir þetta mót og einnig að sjá hvað Guð ætlar að gera í kirkjunni, samfélaginu og lífum okkar þennan vetur.

The conference “Tackling life” will be held at Fíladelfía, Hátún 2. 13th-15th of september.
The keynote speaker is Jon Cook, coming all the way from England, but this is the second time he visits us as he also came to Fíladelfía last winter.
Jon Cook and his wife Dee have led a Hillsong church in Newcastle for over ten years. Their passion is to see people’s lives transformed through the church. They put a lot of work into building up people and have had a lot of influence on the lives of many people in Newcastle as well as other places.
Schedule:
- Friday evening - Joint service with the youth group - 8 pm.
- Saturday - Q&A - 4 pm.
- Saturday evening - Service - 8 pm.
- Sunday evening - Service - 8 pm.
The conference is held by Fíladelfía’s young adult ministry, Fíló+, but anyone is welcome to attend.
We are really looking forward to hearing what God has placed on Jon’s heart for this conference, and also to see what God is going to do in the church, the community, and our lives this winter.
We encourage you to attend and bring your friends with you - this is going to be an awesome weekend.
